This spacious villa, accessible upon providing a holiday insurance certificate, is located in Tarnos, a peaceful town ideally situated between Biarritz, Bayonne, Anglet (5 to 12 km), as well as Hossegor and Capbreton (15 km). Only 5 km from the beach and less than an hour from San Sebastián, it is the perfect base for exploring the southwest of France and northern Spain. Shops, bakeries, and local markets are nearby, and a bus line in front of the villa connects Bayonne and Biarritz, making it ideal for families or visitors.



Spacious and family-friendly, with pool and outdoor activities

Set in a 2,000 m² garden, this 200 m² villa accommodates up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Inside, you will enjoy a living room with fireplace, a TV area, a large dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the south-facing terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a plancha, and a covered 5 x 10 m pool (open from June to mid-September). Children can use the trampoline and pétanque court. Wi-Fi, some baby equipment, and washer/dryer are also available.



Important information:

- The pool is generally open from June 1st to September 15th.

- Pets are not allowed (unless agreed in advance).

- Bed linen and towels are optional, available on request after booking for an extra fee.

- Arrival: between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm | Departure: before 10:00 am.

- Holiday rental insurance certificate required.

- You must dispose of waste and recycling in the city bins (outside the villa) upon departure.
