Features such as electric roller shutters, insect screens, and exceptionally well-insulated windows, walls, and soundproof doors guarantee a quiet and comfortable stay in our building. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances.

A living area with an XXL double bed (2x2m) offers ample space for 1 adult.
Unwind in the evenings with the XXL windows that open wide, or enjoy the shaded spots in our communal garden.

Free parking is available on our property.
