• Two single beds (ideal for kids or friends)

All beds are freshly made upon your arrival—you can relax right away.

The bright living area with a large couch is perfect for unwinding.
Enjoy the view of the greenery or wind down at the end of the day in front of the smart TV.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining Area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want and offers everything you need for your stay: stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

A special highlight is the additional wood-burning stove, which can be used as desired—for cosy cooking moments with rustic charm.

The rustic wooden table in the dining area provides plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy meals together or game nights in a relaxed atmosphere.

The main bathroom is located on the upper floor and features a spacious shower, toilet, hair dryer, and a washing machine—ideal for longer stays or everyday family life.
Fresh towels and hand soap are provided.
In addition, a separate guest bathroom is available on the ground floor.

A lovingly tended garden with flowering shrubs and perennials, cosy seating areas, and a small terrace offers peace and relaxation in the midst of nature. Ideal for reading, playing, or simply taking a deep breath.

The garden is available for guests to use freely and is clearly separated from the rest of the property, so our own dogs do not have access to it.

A covered terrace with cosy seating invites you to enjoy meals outdoors or spend relaxing evenings. If you’re looking for a particularly idyllic spot, you’ll find a cosy seating area under the apple tree—perfect for reading, chatting, or simply unwinding.

🧒 For Families
The apartment is designed to be family-friendly—with a bunk bed for children, a changing table, plenty of space to play indoors and outdoors, and a fenced-in outdoor area.

In addition to the cot in one of the bedrooms, a cosy play and art corner in the kitchen-diner ensures that even the youngest children can keep themselves entertained in any weather.

In the garden, a sandpit invites children to dig and play—clearly visible from the patio, so parents can relax. The quiet location and ample space make a stay here especially pleasant for families.

For added safety, all electrical sockets are equipped with child safety covers. The window in the children’s room is lockable. We can also provide stair gates upon request.

Its secluded location offers plenty of privacy and direct access to fields, forests, and hiking trails—perfect for unwinding and slowing down.
Despite its quiet location, the region is well-connected:
• Kißlegg is about a 10-minute drive away
• The A96 (Kißlegg interchange) is about a 10-minute drive away
• The Kißlegg train station, with direct connections to Lindau, Memmingen, and Ulm, is about 8 km away
• The historic old town of Wangen im Allgäu is only about 15 minutes away
• Via the nearby A96, you can reach Lake Constance, Lindau, or Bregenz—with its famous Pfänder viewpoint—in about 30–40 minutes
