Here you’ll find a brightly decorated and spacious holiday home on one level in a quiet yet central location near the beach in Westerland.

A staircase leads you down to the garden level of the Kamperhof. There is a coat closet in the apartment hallway.

From here, you can access all the rooms in the apartment, which were modernised and refurnished in 2025. The entire apartment features a unique lighting design and is filled with natural light.

Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: A spacious living area with a cosy sofa nook, a TV, and a superbly equipped workspace that also allows you to work remotely while on holiday. The large dining area seats six people and is perfect for enjoying meals together. From here, you can access the well-equipped kitchen.

From this room, you can step out onto the semi-covered and thus sheltered terrace facing northwest, which features a small adjoining garden where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The furnished terrace seats four people.

Bathroom: Bathtub with walk-in shower, toilet, towel rack, washer-dryer, and window.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, built-in closets, and TV.

Bedroom 2: High-quality sofa bed for two people, TV, and an additional workspace that allows for remote work while on holiday.

Special Features: All windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds that provide complete blackout, ensuring a restful night’s sleep during your holiday. Additionally, the windows feature pleated shades, as well as sheer and standard fabric curtains, which also serve as privacy screens.

Location: This holiday rental is centrally located near the beach in Westerland. Various restaurants, bars, shopping options, boutiques, and Westerland Beach are approximately 500 m away—just a 10-minute walk.
