In this simple but comfortable and at the same time high-quality 106 square meter 4-room apartment, all needs for comfortable living are covered. Fully equipped, the apartment is suitable for group trips, students, fitters, trade fair assignments, business trips for short or long stays. 11 minutes by train to Duisburg central station, 30 minutes to Düsseldorf central station: By car only 20 minutes to the exhibition fair (Messe) Essen, 30 minutes to exhibition fair (Messe) Düsseldorf.

The accommodation:

In the down-to-earth Ruhrort district with typical Ruhrpott charm, we have created a very practical and centrally located apartment in a pleasant listed old building (3rd floor, no elevator). The apartment is simply, yet comfortably furnished to a high standard. The 3 double bedrooms offer 6 large single beds (140x200cm) with high-quality slatted frames and innerspring mattresses - the best sleep. Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser provides the right cozy factor. The apartment is ideal for larger groups, discerning fitters, students, trade fairs, business or private trips.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, normal coffee machine. It has a dining table for 6 people.

In addition to the two large single beds, each of the 3 bedrooms has a closet, a table with 2 chairs, a fan and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and TV channels. You can use your own access to all typical streaming services, etc. here. The TV can also be easily turned towards the bed using the telescopic arm. Wi-Fi with a 1,000 Mbit internet connection is available throughout the accommodation.

The bathroom has a shower tray with a glass cubicle with a normal shower head and a Grohe rain shower. Shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are provided as standard. There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as washing powder. A 2nd WC also makes life with 6 people relaxed.

Our goal is the highest level of customer satisfaction: please contact us if there is a problem that needs to be solved or if something is missing. We are happy to provide a small initial supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, sweetener, washing-up liquid and detergent, shower gel and shampoo, so that you don't have to worry about anything for the time being. We obtain our towels and bed linen from high-quality hotel suppliers.


Arrival and departure:
- Check-in: at any time from 4 pm
- Check-Out: at any time until 10 am
- House and apartment doors are opened by entering a code
- Duisburg Karlstr. train station right outside the front door, the train runs through to Duisburg main station in 11 minutes
- Free parking on the street also for large cars within 2 minutes walking distance. Safe because opposite police station
- 3rd floor without elevator
- Only 5 minutes to the nearest highway connections.
- Centrally located in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf trade fair only 30 minutes away by car
- Numerous stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Extra services:
- Late check-out can be booked for an extra charge depending on availability
- For long stays, we clean the apartment, make the beds and change the towels every 2 weeks
- We provide a travel cot free of charge on request.

Smoking is prohibited inside the entire accommodation. Pets and parties are not permitted.
The house corridor is under video surveillance and there is a measuring device in the apartment for volume and cigarette smoke (no parties).
