Vacation apartment Klünder, Bad Essen

Welcome to our newly renovated holiday rental in the heart of Bad Essen, which we refurnished in 2025.

Our cosy accommodation is the perfect starting point for discovering and enjoying this charming spa town at the foot of the Wiehen Mountains.

Spanning approximately 36 square metres, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable king-size bed (160x200), seating, and a TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a modern bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linens are, of course, included.

The non-smoking apartment is located on the 1st floor and is easily accessible via a staircase. Pets are not allowed in the building.
The maximum occupancy is 2 people; small children are welcome upon request.

Thanks to its central location, you can park your car in your own parking space on the property during your stay. All of the town’s major attractions are just a few minutes’ walk away, such as the historic church square with its half-timbered houses, the Solearena in the spa park, the watermill, and the saltwater outdoor pool. Restaurants and shopping are also within easy walking distance. The marina on the Mittelland Canal is also just a short walk away.


Visitor’s Tax
As in almost all German spa and resort towns, a visitor’s tax is also levied in the municipality of Bad Essen.

The guest tax is
€1.45 per person (or the first person in a family) per night
€0.90 for each additional family member.
Discounts are available upon presentation of appropriate proof for
- individuals with a disability rating of 70% or higher
- children under 16 years of age.

The guest fee must be paid in cash on site.

The guest card, which entitles you to numerous extras and discounts in Bad Essen, will be waiting for you in your holiday rental upon arrival.
