There are shops and restaurants just a three-minutee walk away. The little town of Karlshagen is in the north of the beautiful island of Usedom. It is especially popular with families, as it has a wide and flatly shelved beach. The little fishing and yacht harbour has fantastic sunsets, freshly smoked fish and fish rolls. You can go on great boat trips from here. The island of Usedom has excellent cycling and hiking trails, which are well-signposted. There are several shops and recommended restaurants in Karlshagen. There is a lovely children’s playground (Karlchens Zauberwald), inviting children to have fun right behind the dunes.

This very tasteful, light two-room holiday apartment is on the ground floor with a big terrace for sunbathing and grilling. It is suitable for two to four people. The apartment with modern furnishing comprises a bedroom with a big double bed and a bunk bed, a generous living and dining room with satellite TV and a sofa bed, and a little adjoining kitchen unit with two cooking rings, a fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The apartment has under-floor heating throughout.

The terrace invites you to relax. There is a big children’s playground right next to the house. Boats are available for hire. Free car parking spaces, use of a washing machine for a small fee and well-priced bicycle hire, as well as two grill areas, are also available.
