Located in Le Grand-Bourg, this charming 90 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, on-demand video, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Ground-level access and self check-in make your arrival easy. Families with children will appreciate the baby cot, high chair, and access to shared toys and books. A private barbecue and a shuttle service to the train station are also available.



Relax on your uncovered private terrace or enjoy the shared garden, perfect for experiencing the peace of the countryside. Please note, we have a dog that roams freely in the garden.



A shared parking space is available on site. One pet is allowed. Please note that parties are not permitted. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk from the property.



Your hosts live on site, but not in the reserved house. During your stay, you can enjoy homemade jams, local vegetables, and artisanal honey. Babysitting and cleaning services are offered, available for an extra fee. This property is a tastefully renovated outbuilding of a small 15th-century château, nestled in the heart of the Gartempe valley on a Neolithic, Celtic, and Gallo-Roman site where six centuries of history await you.
