Pros: Le logement se situe dans une résidence très agréable, au calme et assez proche des thermes pour une cure. Il est très agréable, et aménagé de manière très sympa. En terme de fournitures, tout est mis à disposition, mais les draps sont un peu limite: complètement décolorés et pas d'une netteté absolue. Par contre en terme d'aménagement, il y a 2 grosses améliorations à envisager: 1) Il n'y a aucun rideau aux fenêtres dans le salon et dans la chambre, alors qu'il y a des appartements en vis à vis. Une chambre est quand même un lieu d'intimité.. qui devrait être équipé de rideaux. 2) La puissance électrique est insuffisante: l'installation saute dès qu'on allume plaque et four ou four et machine à laver en simultané Si les 2 points indiqués ci-dessus sont corrigés, c'est un super appartement, un peu cher par rapport aux standards pratiqués dans la résidence

Seul bémol : les plombs qui sautent dès qu'il y a deux machines en routes (exemple : lave vaisselle et lave linge)
