This apartment offers a unique combination: Located in the heart of Nieblum, yet in absolute tranquility, as it sits in the second row away from the streets, surrounded only by picturesque thatched-roof houses, yet just a few steps from the village pond and 800 m from the beach. It measures approximately 70 square metres and accommodates 2 people. The apartment was extensively renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail, refurnished, and equipped with high-quality furnishings. Discreet designer furniture awaits those who love long evenings of reading. Modern entertainment is provided by an LG NanoCell Smart TV (2021), Wi-Fi, and a DVD/Blu-ray/CD player. In the bedroom, high-quality mattresses, slatted frames, and a pillow bar ensure a perfect night’s sleep. 
From the building’s communal entrance, a staircase leads you to your holiday home. You’ll find a bright, spacious living room with a dining area and a modern built-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, an induction cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a WMF smoothie blender, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a hand mixer, and all sorts of pots and pans for cooking and baking. Dishes and silverware are provided for 8 people. In the living room cabinet, you’ll find a large selection of new, high-quality board games, and a yoga mat with blocks and a strap is provided for relaxation exercises.
On the bedroom chest of drawers, you’ll find cushions for the patio furniture, which awaits you in a sheltered seating area in the garden reserved exclusively for this apartment. A picnic basket is available in the kitchen for use in the garden.
Coin-operated washing and drying machines are available in the building’s communal basement.
