In summer, set off on hikes through the clear mountain air or take the Gaustabanen cable car up to the Gaustatoppen - the view is spectacular. Lakes and high plateaus also invite you to explore, fish or paddle. In winter, the skiing fun starts right on the doorstep, so you can hit the piste straight away. The area offers an ideal balance of nature, tranquillity and exercise at any time of year.
