Communication was lacking. I never received any check in information. Luckily I was able to get a hold of an agent to at least tell me that lockbox code. We were never able to get onto the WiFi. The water heater didn’t seem to work, we were never able to get warm water. There was also a heater (I believe) in the kitchen that was leaking, there was rust and a small mold spot. It was otherwise clean and comfortable, and parking was convenient.
