Charming Attic Apartment with Mountain View and Wi-Fi

Located in a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 residents, only 10 minutes from the center of Aosta and the Pila cable car, near the valley's long cycle path, golf course, and the open-air pool "les Illes," the "Charming Attic" awaits you for a peaceful stay on the third floor (no elevator). Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as we would wish for ourselves.



The apartment features a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed) plus a child up to 4 years old. A crib (sheets not included) and high chair are available for an extra fee. The apartment is fully furnished, with independent heating and a fireplace. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee. Complimentary extras such as a comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit are provided in single-use packaging.



Within 1.5 km you'll find restaurants, bars, tobacco shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center. Reserved free outdoor parking is included. On the ground floor, there is storage for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a panoramic, quiet, and peaceful area.



Guests have access to dishes, pots, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two TVs with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal hygiene products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of various firmness.



Upon deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests.



The area is well served by public transport, including nighttime service, with a stop 100 meters away.



Small or medium-sized pets are accepted if agreed upon and are available for an extra fee.
