Das Haus ist grundsätzlich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Dennoch weicht die Realität in mehreren Punkten deutlich von der Beschreibung und den geweckten Erwartungen ab: Der Esstisch ist eher für zwei Personen geeignet, drei bis vier sind sehr knapp bemessen. Schlafzimmer und Bad im Obergeschoss sind deutlich kleiner als erwartet – von „Luxus“ kann hier keine Rede sein. Die Plissees bieten keinerlei Verdunklung, was im Urlaub sehr störend ist. Um 5.00 Uhr ist es taghell Die Treppe ist extrem steil und wirkt gefährlich. Das Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss war für uns unbenutzbar – muffig, feucht, trotz täglicher Lüftung. Unsere Kleidung konnten wir dort nicht lagern, an Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Terrasse und Strandkorb machten keinen gepflegten Eindruck, die Polster waren verschmutzt, zudem fehlte ein Sonnenschirm. Besonders enttäuschend war für uns, dass in der Beschreibung von „Luxus“ die Rede ist – diesen Eindruck hatten wir leider nicht. Auch die Erreichbarkeit war schwierig: Trotz zweier angegebener Telefonnummern und dem Hinweis, jederzeit erreichbar zu sein, erfolgte leider kein Rückruf. Wir haben versucht, uns zu arrangieren und das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt zu machen. Dennoch bleibt für uns eine deutliche Diskrepanz zwischen Beschreibung und tatsächlichem Zustand.
