Sunny, fully furnished 1-room apartment (32 square metres) for 2 people in a central location in Pfronten-Ried. Located on the 1st floor of an apartment building, this holiday rental consists of a combined living room and bedroom, a kitchenette, a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, and a large northwest-facing loggia. TV, free Wi-Fi.
There is an lift in the building. Coin-operated laundry machine in the basement.

Numerous restaurants, a shopping centre, and the train station are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The Alpenbad and the Breitenberg Ski Centre, with year-round cable car service, are approximately 2 km away (ski bus in winter). The Nesselwang/Alpspitze ski centre is about 7 km away, and the Tannheimer Tal ski centre in Tyrol is about 12 km away.

Town description:
Pfronten is one of the best-known tourist destinations in the Ostallgäu region, boasting excellent infrastructure. Today’s holiday paradise of Pfronten consists of 13 formerly independent villages that have since largely merged into one community. In addition to winter sports, the region also offers a wide range of recreational opportunities and sporting activities throughout the rest of the year.
Culturally, of course, a tour of the two royal castles in Schwangau and a visit to the Festspielhaus in Füssen (King Ludwig Musical) are top priorities. But the town of Pfronten itself, as well as the surrounding communities, also have plenty to offer in both summer and winter.

Directions by Car:
Take the A7 towards Austria, exit at Nesselwang, turn right through Nesselwang towards Pfronten or Füssen. As you enter Pfronten-Ried, the residential complex is clearly visible on the left.
Take the A7 towards Austria, exit at Füssen, turn right, drive through Weißensee towards Pfronten; after about 6 km, turn left at the roundabout and head down towards Pfronten. Immediately after the railway tracks, turn right, then immediately left, and then right again onto Allgäuer Straße. After about 200 m, at the edge of Pfronten-Ried, the residential complex is clearly visible on the right.

Directions by public transport:
From the Kempten train station, take the bus to Pfronten.
From the Füssen train station, take the bus to Pfronten.

Pricing information:
The prices listed above are for 1–2 people per night, plus a €10 nominal fee per person for the guest card.
The minimum stay is 3 nights; during the Christmas holidays, it is 4 nights.
For short stays of 3–5 nights, a surcharge ranging from 10.00 euros to 40.00 euros per night will be applied.
Please note our discounts for long-term stays: a discount of 5.00 euros per night is granted for stays of 12 days or more, 10.00 euros per night for stays of 20 days or more, and 20.00 euros per night for stays of 30 days or more.
Prices include one laundry package (bed linens/towels) per person per stay, as well as final cleaning.
An additional linen package (bed linens for self-making and towels) can be booked on-site for €12 per person.
The visitor’s tax charged by the municipality of Pfronten per person per day is billed separately.
The security deposit is a one-time fee of 100 euros. The deposit will be refunded after a final inspection of the apartment (tidy and swept clean) and upon return of the keys on the day of departure.
All prices include VAT and must be paid in advance.
