Room 1 Silvrettasee - Twin, Shared Bathroom - Haus St. Martin

Room 1 Silvrettasee is a bright twin room with two separate beds, a closet, a TV, and a seating area. The bathroom, which includes a bathtub, sink, and toilet, is located right down the hall and is shared exclusively with Room 2. Bedding, towels, and Wi-Fi are included. The shared kitchen, as well as the living and dining areas, are available for your use. In winter, there is space for skis and a ski boot dryer; in summer, you can enjoy the terrace after a hike or bike ride.



Haus St. Martin is a small guesthouse with six rooms that can accommodate up to ten people in total. Rooms 3 and 4 each have their own bathroom. Rooms 1 and 2 share a bathroom; rooms 5 and 6 share another bathroom. All guests have access to the shared kitchen, the living and dining area, and the terrace. Wi-Fi and parking at the house are included. In winter, the ski bus is about a two- to three-minute walk away. Skis and boots can be stored in the ski room, which is equipped with a boot dryer. In summer, the guesthouse serves as a quiet starting point for hikes and bike rides in the Klostertal region. Andrea & Zbyny are happy to help if you have any questions.



On-site fees: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-in is very flexible; we use lockers, and each guest receives a code before arrival to pick up the keys, so you don’t have to worry if you arrive late! Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parties are not allowed; please be considerate of other guests and keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, and additional fees apply.



Check-in is available from 4:to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
