House Högelstein - Tinyhouse Vacation

The Högelstein tiny house measures approximately 36 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The tiny house is equipped to accommodate guests with allergies. The house has Wi-Fi; all rooms feature oak parquet flooring and are heated by underfloor heating (except for the upper sleeping alcove), which can be individually controlled.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, capsule coffee/espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster.
Spices, oil, a basic supply of coffee capsules, and dishwasher tabs are provided for your use. Kitchen towels, trash bags, and tea towels are also provided.

The high-quality bathroom features a spacious shower, sink, and toilet. Towels and a bath mat are provided for your use. 

The tiny house has a bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor. From the 150x200 cm bed, you can look out through the large window at the beautiful natural surroundings. The room is equipped with a large closet and storage space.

Up the stairs, you’ll find the cosy sleeping alcove on the upper level with a ceiling height of 150 cm. Here, two people can sleep in 80x200 cm beds. A large shelf provides ample storage space.

The beautiful living room is furnished with a fold-out faux-leather sofa (sleeping surface 125x200 cm), a coffee table, and a bench by the panoramic window—a satellite TV provides entertainment.

The sheltered, south-facing terrace features a table, 4 chairs, and a parasol.
There is also a closet available for your shoes.Feel free to use the herbs on the terrace for cooking. Two lounge chairs are also waiting for you!

Our two new tiny houses are located in idyllic Kauernhofen, a district of Eggolsheim, in Franconian Switzerland, between Forchheim and Bamberg. 

Here, surrounded by beautiful nature—fields, meadows, and fruit trees—with a stunning view of the “Lange Meile” and Eggolsheim—in a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy your holiday.

It’s an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes, bike rides, city tours, sightseeing, etc.

Thanks to their proximity to the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, and Bamberg, our tiny houses are the ideal place to stay for business travellers, technicians, trade show visitors, etc.
