Located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, this modern 30 m² apartment next to Las Canteras beach is ideal for 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 additional people. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, workspace, crib, and high chair at your disposal.



Just a 1-minute walk from Las Canteras beach and close to Santa Catalina Park, the area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, museums, nightlife, and excellent public transport connections, allowing you to enjoy both the maritime and urban atmosphere.



Pets are allowed during your stay. Events and parties are not permitted. Beach towels are provided. You can experience the famous Las Palmas Carnival, local festivals, and events throughout the year, while Las Canteras beach offers options for relaxing and water sports.



Please note that the building does not have an elevator and you must climb stairs to access the accommodation, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Arrivals after 20:00 are available for an additional fee. Quiet hours begin at 22:00 to respect the neighbors. Please take care of the furniture and leave the apartment in reasonable condition. If something breaks or stops working, please let us know. Cleaning service during your stay is available for an extra charge.
