The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.\n\nThe staircase is steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.\n\nOutside, French windows open onto a large garden with table, chairs, armchairs and parasol. At the top of the garden, about 100 meters from the house, a large raised wooden terrace offers views of the Gulf of Morbihan and sunsets.\n\nA parking space for your car is under the trees, near the holiday home.\n\nAmenities: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small refrigerator (85 cm high), TV (52 x 32 cm), small electric barbecue, hairdryer, wifi.\n\nThe rental is semi-detached to the main house (usually unoccupied).
