Enjoy the first rays of sunshine on your face in the morning while you have your coffee at the open bar of the fully equipped island kitchen.



Space for connection & privacy: Three lovingly furnished bedrooms (two double rooms, one twin room) on two levels offer ample space for family, friends, or yourselves. Two bathrooms provide comfort, one of them with an outdoor shower next to the whirlpool – ideal after a day at the beach.



Live like a local: The penthouse is located in a former hotel complex, now inhabited by locals and residents – far from mass tourism and close to authentic island life. Supermarket, bakery, and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area, Playa Bastián, are just a few minutes’ walk away.



Enjoyment & accessibility: Enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants and bars or explore Lanzarote by car – free parking directly at the house, the highway is reachable in two minutes. The airport is only 14 km away.



Important to know: This is my personal retreat, not a hotel. You have your own entrance and complete privacy.
