Cosy, simple house "Lugnet". In the district of Hölick, in a quiet position. For shared use: natural state property, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop "Arnöviken" 600 m, railway station "Hudiksvall" 25 km, sandy beach 100 m, lake Vågen 200 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The owner lives on the same property.
"Lugnet", 1-room house 40 m2. Practical and comfortable furnishings: open living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower, simple dry toilet. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Small terrace. Sitting area. Very beautiful distant view of the sea and the forest. Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
