In the spacious open kitchen you have various appliances at your disposal. In the living room you have access to a 43-inch smart TV. Through the garden door you enter the garden and there you will find a terrace with garden furniture and parasol and a low deck on the water.
In the storage room, which is accessible from inside and outside, you have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom (2 box spring beds) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the hall there is a separate toilet.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms (two with 2 beds) and a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
In March 2026, this property will be fitted with a new kitchen featuring luxury built-in appliances, including a Quooker. The entire ground floor will be fitted with a new PVC floor.
