Quiet vacation apartment (50m2) with distant view

The apartment stands out for its quiet location on the edge of the forest, with a great view into the distance and modern, new furnishings. The living room features a streaming-capable satellite TV, and the sleeping alcove is equipped with two 90-cm-wide single beds at a comfortable height, which can be placed side by side if desired. A sofa bed (120 cm) and a guest bed (90 cm) are available for a third and fourth guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, range hood, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and fridge-freezer. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The wind-protected, southeast-facing terrace features an awning, lounge chairs, and a small electric grill. A covered carport parking space (Space 4) is available, but it is not suitable for larger vehicles; the tenant is responsible for any damage. The apartment is located near the forest, and the city centre as well as shopping options are less than a 15-minute walk away. Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM; different times are possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person or via a key box with a code provided in advance. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person/night is collected on site; it is free for guests under 18 years of age. Our motto is: Arrive—Feel at Home.
