This small, renovated house is spread over three levels and is situated in a quiet alley in the heart of Malestroit's historic center. You are only 100 meters from the Nantes-Brest canal, its towpath, the greenway, and local shops. Rennes is 1 hour away, Nantes 1.5 hours, and you are 30 minutes from the Brocéliande forest, La Gacilly, Josselin, Rochefort-en-Terre, and less than 40 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan.
