Description and Amenities The Maarwinkel holiday home has been completely renovated and redesigned.
The renovation was completed in the summer of 2025. The interior spans 100 square metres across two floors. 
On the ground floor, located directly off the entrance area on the east side, is an approximately 12-square-meter sunroom with direct access to the living room. 
The separate living room is furnished with a leather couch, solid wood furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV.
The entire ground floor, including the bathrooms (ground floor and ground floor), has been finished with high-quality natural Indian slate tiles. This creates a particularly natural and elegant atmosphere. 
The spacious kitchen and dining area opens onto the covered, sheltered, and cosy terrace. Thanks to the excellent amenities—including a garden table, chairs, a small garden area, a gas grill, and a lawn for sunbathing—you’ll feel right at home here. (South-facing)

On the ground floor, in addition to the bathroom, are the two bedrooms. These feature two comfortable, new box-spring beds and offer a very high level of sleeping comfort. If needed, two travel cots are available free of charge for children up to about 3 years old. The bedrooms are also equipped with a small TV, a chest of drawers, and a spacious closet in each room. The second bathroom on the upper floor also features a bathtub. 
Free Wi-Fi, an electric vehicle charging station (by arrangement), and two parking spaces right next to the front door are also among the amenities of the Maarwinkel holiday home.



On-site costs: Prices are per night for 1–2 people; for each additional person, we charge an extra €30 per night (children up to 3 years old stay for free; children ages 4–12 pay €15 per night). The minimum stay is 3 nights; during the summer (July 1–August 31), Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 nights. • Starting at €129 per night. Two cots are available for infants upon request. 



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
