Welcome to our historic half-timbered house on the outskirts of Dresden.
The holiday home is part of a three-sided courtyard with a living area of approximately 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It is located in a quiet, rural setting on a dead-end street just 200 m from the Dresden city limits.
The historic holiday home, which underwent extensive renovation and was completed in March 2024, features all modern amenities. From here, you can easily reach the city or, thanks to convenient transport, get to Saxon Switzerland in no time. There is also a limited network of hiking trails that you can access directly from here.
The house has two non-separable bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It is therefore ideal for couples or small families. The beds do not have footboards, and the duvets measure 155 cm x 220 cm.
There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outside, there is a seating area and a grill.
A wallbox is available for our guests arriving by electric car.
Parking is also available.
The house is characterised by beautiful wood details that give it a warm and inviting character. The interior is stylish and comfortable, with modern furniture and thoughtful details. Enjoy the view of the Elbe Valley all the way to the centre of Dresden.
Please note that our holiday home is a smoke-free property. We look forward to your visit to “Friedrich’s Little House” and are certain that you will have an unforgettable holiday with us.
The property is also accessible by public transport. RVD Line 360 stops at “Boderitzer Straße,” with a travel time of about 10 minutes to Dresden Central Station. The stop is a 15-minute walk away. You can also take the same line to reach the Ore Mountains, including Altenberg and the bobsleigh track, in about 40 minutes.
Discover the Dresden region, featuring the Baroque city of Dresden, the medieval towns of Meissen and Pirna, the Elbe Valley, the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, the Ore Mountains, the Moritzburg Lake District, the Saxon Wine Route, Meissen, and Saxony’s many castles.
The surrounding area offers a wide variety of sports and recreational activities. There are swimming pools, thermal baths, recreation centers, lakes, and reservoirs, as well as squash and tennis courts. A golf course is located about 5 km away. The proximity to the Ore Mountains offers many opportunities for long hikes, and in winter there are well-groomed trails for cross-country skiing.
