The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and adjustable slatted frames. Nightstands with lamps and outlets, a spacious closet, and a chest of drawers provide ample storage space. Various board games are available for fun-filled evenings. In the living room, you’ll find an inviting L-shaped sleeper sofa (extendable upon request for an additional fee), a coffee table, and a TV on a lowboard—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The kitchen is fully equipped: In addition to a cosy seating area with a corner bench, an extendable table, and an armchair, you’ll find all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing your meals—including a coffee maker, electric kettle, oven with hob, toaster, egg cooker, bread machine, and sink. Dishes, silverware, and glasses for four people, as well as many practical kitchen gadgets, are at your disposal. A DAB radio and Amazon Alexa also provide entertainment. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a mirror cabinet, a towel rack, and a tall cabinet with toilet paper. In the hallway, you’ll find a coat rack with hooks, a shoe cabinet, and a guest information folder. A storage niche with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and a high chair rounds out the practical amenities. You’ll love our well-maintained rooms, lovingly designed for you, in a quiet location. The Ozon indoor pool is just 200 metres away, and the town centre is a 3-minute walk away. Since our house is located near the forest, you can take wonderful walks and let nature enchant you. To unwind from the stress of everyday life, you can relax in the nearby spa park. You can end your evenings comfortably in the garden shed with a barbecue area. A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Check-out is between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person per day will be charged additionally on site.
