Modern comfort in a renovated Engadine house! The 2.5-room apartment in the old village center of Scuol Sot is located in a typical Engadine house, which also housed a small shop and a bookbindery from 1861 onwards. In 2013/2014, the house was renovated in a modern style while still preserving its typical characteristics. The result is an apartment to fall in love with.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-story house just a few steps from the old wooden bridge below the church in Scuol Sot, directly on the cobblestone village street.
The 75m2 apartment was renovated with great attention to detail and tastefully furnished. The well-equipped kitchen-living area, originally the parlor of the Engadin house, is the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook and linger over good food and a glass of wine. The old wooden floor is still here! In the original pine room from 1817, you can relax with a good book after a day of skiing or hiking. The living and sleeping rooms have a beautiful, partially original wooden floor. The bedroom is located in the former "Cha da fö" (kitchen). Here you can still recognize the traditional curve on the outer wall of the bedroom. The bathroom has tiles. The apartment is not suitable for children.
The surroundings invite you to take small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping is possible at the nearby Volg (150m) or in the bakeries and many local shops on the Stradun. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 walking minutes. The use of the ski bus is free in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850m away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique baths.
The apartments were awarded the IBEX FAIRSTAY Certification, which means they meet strict standards for sustainability, comfort, and hospitality.
The guest card of the Engadin Scuol holiday region is included in every booking for all guests.

Der Schnee auf dem Dach über den Eingang schmilzt und das Wasser, welches dann vor dem Eingang ist gefriert über Nacht. Es wäre mega, wenn mind. ein wenig Streusalz vorhanden wäre um einen sicheren Weg zu haben.

Ein Bijou
Die Wohnung ist äusserst sorgfältig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie entspricht sehr hohen Ansprüchen.
Der Aussensitzplatz mit weitem Ausblick in die Berge ist eine wunderbare Ergänzung zur Wohnung.
Das typische Engadinerhaus befindet sich am Rand eines alten Dorfkerns etwas abgelegen, was durchaus seinen Reiz hat. Leider ist die ÖV-Verbindung eher schlecht und das Fehlen einer nahen Einkaufs-möglichkeit daher schade. Leicht störend waren frühmorgens die durchfahrenden Autos (einmal zB. 5 Autos um 5 h). Dies alles ist wahrscheinlich weniger in Ihrem Einflussbereich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im alten Teil von Scuol
Dies ist wirklich eine tolle Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für das Auto hat es einen grosszügigen Parkplatz in der zum Haus gehörenden Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen und ruhigen alten Teil von Scuol und wir konnten direkt von der Wohnung schöne Wanderungen unternehmen. Das Zentrum von Scuol ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Besserer Sichtschutz beim Fenster im Badezimmer.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in einem alten Engadinerhaus mit viel Charme und Cachet.
Grosse Wohnküche, historische Arvenstube,
Grosses und modernes Badezimmer,
Frühstück vor der Haustüre, Garten mit
Blick in die Berge!
Dampfabzug in der Küche fehlt störte uns beim Kochen. Schlafzimmer: Dünne und leichte Decke für den Sommer wäre praktisch das schwere Duvet gibt sehr heiss!

Tolle Lage
Es waren dieses Mal unendlich viele Mücken in der Wohnung. Teilweise war das unerträglich.Das ganze Haus hat aber momentan ein Mückenproblem.

Wir die Woche im Casa PUNT 43 zum zweiten Mal sehr genossen. Ein toller Ausgangsort für Wanderferien.
