With a spacious 97 m² of living space, this holiday home—built in 2018—offers a modern, stylish, and comfortable atmosphere—ideal for families with children and those seeking relaxation. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features well-thought-out amenities as well as a fantastic view of the sea.

Amenities & Living Comfort
The house is allergy-friendly and designed for non-smokers. Two cosy bedrooms can accommodate up to five people. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, one 90 cm wide and one 140 cm wide.


The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso espresso machine, as well as a kettle, toaster, and classic coffee maker. An electric grill is also available for culinary evenings.

The living and dining area, featuring underfloor heating, invites you to relax: a wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, a dining table, and three modern TVs create a cosy atmosphere. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.
