Renovated Fisherman's House – Near Le Touquet & Beach
Stay in a charming, fully renovated fisherman's house, ideally located in a quiet area of Étaples, just a 3-minute walk from the port and 3 km from Le Touquet-Paris-Plage. Enjoy an authentic setting with all amenities within walking distance, such as shops, the market, train station, and buses.
The House
Cozy living room with large TV (163 cm) and wood-burning fireplace.
Modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, and complete tableware.
Bathroom with spa-type whirlpool bathtub, storage, and hairdryer.
Separate toilet.
Heating provided by a new gas boiler.

Bedroom 1: two single beds.
Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200), wardrobe, TV, and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: double bed (140x200) and wardrobe.

Sunny terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, and parasol.
