Herzlich willkommen im Ferienhaus „Sunny's Place“!
Dieses freistehende Ferienhaus liegt ungefähr auf halber Strecke zwischen Egmond und Bergen, im Bungalowpark Duyncroft in Egmond aan den Hoef. Mit dem Auto ist das Meer etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt, und der nächste Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten. Nach Alkmaar brauchen Sie ungefähr eine Viertelstunde. Das Zentrum von Amsterdam erreichen Sie in unter einer Stunde.
Das Ferienhaus verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett (160 × 200), ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen großzügigen Ess- und Wohnbereich. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Induktionsherd. Im Wohnzimmer erwartet Sie ein sehr bequemes Sofa, auf dem man die Seele baumeln lassen, gemütlich lesen oder fernsehen kann. Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit Rauchmeldern, einem Feuerlöscher und einem Kohlenmonoxidmelder.
Draußen erwartet Sie ein kleiner Garten und bei gutem Wetter eine Sonnenterrasse. Das gesamte Haus ist mit Rollläden ausgestattet. Ihren privaten Parkplatz finden Sie direkt vor der Haustür.
