My home is in a ideal location walking or biking distance to many of the uptown or downtown attractions. This is a full service building with a porte-cochere entrance and 24 hour daily concierge service. My home is a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo located in the prestigious Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn neighborhood and offers beautifully furnished common areas along with luxurious amenities and a resort-style pool. For added security the building has controlled access to elevators and outside common areas. Inside the condo there are floor to ceiling windows with amazing city views, hardwood floors, full size w/d, and many more luxurious features to make you feel at home. Enjoy a comfortable night on a firm Stern and Fosters queen size mattress with all white linens and several plush pillows for a good night rest. The bathroom has a glass shower separate from the bathtub, a fully stocked kitchen, and full size appliances. The dining room offers seating for 4 people. In the living room there is a flat screen TV. At this time due to the Pandemic and to save on expenses WIFI has be disconnected. However, with confirmed bookings over 30 days WIFI will be installed. For Shorter stays free internet access is available in the 24 hour business center which also offers computers and a printer. The living room and bedroom areas have 3 large floor to ceiling windows facing west for all day sunny views. Onsite Free secured garage parking is available to guest. The first floor has a beautifully decorated club room with a kitchen, flat screen TV, piano, and gas fireplace. A small but more then adequate fitness center is available overlooking the courtyard. Also for guest us is a outdoor swimming pool and hot tub for lounging, relaxing or tanning by the pool deck.
This location is less than 5 minutes from Scottish Rite hospital, the medical district, Downtown Dallas, Convention Center, American Airlines Center, Performing Arts District, Design District, Info Mart, Dallas Love Field, and Katy Trail. Public transportation is less than a block away from apartment. Many tourist sites are within walking distance, including American Airlines Center, Katy Trail, Art Gallerys, Info Mart, Mansion on Turtle Creek, Routh Quardangle, and Reverchon park. Take advantage of the McKinney Ave trolley where you can hop on an off for free all day, to experience all the restaurants and bars in the uptown and downtown area. Public transportation is also available on the D-Link route 722 to explore the districts of downtown and Oak Cliff. Train service is available from DFW and Love Field Airports to downtown and a $5.00 Uber ride to the condo. You will not be disappointed with a stay in my home and this location!

Location, Amenities, Location!

What a joy it was to stay in this fabulous penthouse apartment near walking/biking trails in Dallas - and it is an enjoyable walk into downtown. The apartment itself was very well appointed - and perfect for us as a couple to relax, rest, rejuvenate, and enjoy each others company. What views from the floor to ceiling windows. We like to cook and the kitchen generally met all our facilities requirements. Our only complaint at all was that the mattress was a bit soft for our tastes. The owner and the onsite staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the city.

Perfect Place to Stay

Ideal location for a stress free ,safe and secure stay in Dallas. The car service available from airport on request starts off the holiday in a great way. The condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything you would need. The 24 hr front desk staff are always available and helpful . The excellent DART transport system has several stops nearby which allows for easy transport to downtown while maintaining the quite peaceful nature of the surrounding area. Katy Trail is nearby as is the excellent ice House along with many other fine eating and drinking locations. Angela is very responsive to all queries . Highly recommended

Perfect location in the heart of the Dallas action !

My wife and I live close but far enough that we have frequently booked hotel stays downtown so we can attend concerts, shows, etc. Not many choices for a couple to stay downtown other than hotels, but this apartment was perfect! It is walking distance from the Katy Trail, which is a great trail to hike, bike or jog. Moments from the property on the trail are cool restaurant/bars, very casual, and even breakfast served after some morning exercise. The apartment is as described, very clean and well appointed with nice and modern decor and everything you need if you want to cook or relax with a glass of wine. Even snacks provided, made us feel really at home! The building is upscale with very nice amenities such as a gym, pool, and very secure, with on site reception. The owner was great and we would highly recommend this apartment if you are in town and want to experience all that Dallas has to offer in an upscale part of uptown/Turtle Creek!!

amazing lil gem in quiet building and area

Owner was very accommodating with a last minute booking as we wanted out of downtown. Area is very scenic and quiet. Very close to great restaurants and pubs. The unit itself is extremely well maintained. I prefer staying in privately owned units like this, as they are taken care as such. Amazing decorating and comfortable. The few people we did see in the building were very friendly. If I had one thing to complain about... and it's a far cry from being an issue.. the bed was softer than I like. Lol. That's it! Everything else... OUTSTANDING! No lies. Everything we could think of needing.. she had. If we go back to Dallas... I know where we're staying. No question. Doug and Tamen Alberta, Canada.

Nice long weekend get away

First off this property is an amazing location. The city of Dallas now has three different bike services. You can rent these bikes for about a dollar a ride and drive all throughout town. That honestly was our savior last weekend. The location is in walking distance for some clubs and bars but we found out that taking a bike ride to other nearby locations was really simple. Deep Ellum is a nice area to visit on bike. The apartment was nice yet there was a few downfalls during our stay. First off the owner does not allow guests to have a badge to enter the location. Each time you come through the front doors you have to let the front desk know where your staying so they can allow you to use the elevator. Also you need a badge to get into the pool area. My husband and I enjoyed the pool area yet we were locked in due to not having a badge. Thankfully a resident came and opened the door for us. Not having a badge wasn't a huge issue but it was kind of annoying. The apartment it's self is very clean and accommodating. Yet we did not have a functioning coffee maker for the first two mornings, the owner supplied a new one for the following few days after I let her know of the issue. The living room furniture really wasn't comfortable at all. We were not there to stay inside the apartment the whole time...yet it was nice to come back after a long day and rest. I would recommend this location for a long weekend stay if you had plans in the area. This apartment is definitely not OK for children because there's a lot of expensive art in the apartment. If you're planning to utilize the pool and spend a lot of your time in this apartment I would not recommend staying here.

As great as ever!

This was our 3rd year being guests at this property --- and this year was as GREAT as the 2 previous years! The property is perfect for our needs in every way and we can't wait to be guests of Angela's again next year. The location is ideal for us for many reasons. First, we are runners and there is a beautiful running/biking path a block away. Also, we like exploring the downtown area, and the location is very close to that --- yet far enough away to be away from city noise. In addition, there are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance, so we have no need to rent a car while we are there. Our main reason for being in Dallas is the OU/TX football game --- and this location is perfect for getting to the fairgrounds (where the game is played) by taxi. Also, the staff at the apt complex is amazing and SO helpful! The apartment is incredibly beautiful and has everything we need. Angela, the owner, could not be more accommodating, helpful or easy to rent from. We use VRBO frequently when we travel, and she is the best host we have ever had the pleasure of work with.

Great Building, Convenient Location, Lovely Host(ess)

The building staff (as many have said) are super nice and very efficient. Parking is easily accessible and the other building amenities are top notch. The apartment is not large but very clean. The two weak points to this rental are only obvious for a long-term stay. 1)While the apartment is not small, there is a tremendous amount of art (paintings, wall hangings, sculptures, etc.) that take up most of the open space, in addition to very large, modern furniture. To a certain degree, the apartment kind of closes in on you. 2) The apartment is great for a short term rental, but if you are staying for more than a few days, there is literally nothing more than a night stand with one drawer and the broom closet to put your clothes in. The owner has both bedroom closets locked off so there is absolutely no where to hang or store anything. That was a bit uncomfortable during our 3 week stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the pool is beautiful. It's an awesome place to touch down for a quick stay and Michelle is great to work with.

Couldn't be better...

Comfortable, classy, artsy and happy, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The décor and the view give a sense of peace and openness in the midst of a big city. The location was very safe and many great restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The building staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Angela and Michelle were very attentive to some of my personal business needs and went out of their way in order for me to be satisfied. Without reservation, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants a first class living arrangement while spending time in Dallas. My sincere thanks...

The property is in a wonderfully constructed building with luxurious features, high ceilings, vault like quiet and a nice concierge staff. All amenities are available to the guest and the evening views from the huge windows are lovely. I would definitely recommend this property and will hope it is available when I am next in Dallas.

Excellent condo, excellent location

We stayed five nights in February and were delighted with this apartment. The building is first-class. The lobby staff (doormen and concierges) were friendly, polite and quick to help. The location near the Katy Trail and Uptown restaurants and bars is fantastic. I would be happy to stay here again on future visits to Dallas.

Romantic Getaway!

My wife and I spent a long weekend at this property in the Uptown section of Dallas. It's a small condo, beautifully decorated, with a modern upscale vibe. We were especially impressed with the welcoming attitude of the staff in the building. Parking was a breeze. We would highly recommend this property and are hoping we can arrange a return visit! Lovely Penthouse Apartment

The apartment was lovely, super clean, with a nice enough view and had everything one could need for a short or long stay. The apartment was easy to access, located in a great neighborhood (close to several nice restaurants and watering holes - including Standard Poor & Katy Trail Ice House) and had secure parking. Angela was very easy to deal with during the booking process and was very quick to return our (rather hefty) security deposit. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Dallas with all the modern conveniences and have a car, this is the place for you.

Amazing!

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo on a recent trip to Dallas and we could not have been more delighted by our experience! The condo is absolutely stunning .... from the location to the furnishings, layout and the view .... it was truly amazing. We were completely impressed and were so glad that we chose to rent this condo versus getting a hotel room for our stay. It truly felt like "home" and made our time in Dallas that much more lovely. While the accommodations were impressive .... what was even more delightful was how responsive and attentive the host (Angela) was. She was very accessible and responded quickly to emails/text messages before our arrival .... and then checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. In addition, she provided an awesome list of restaurants in the area, attractions and other services we might possibly need during our stay. Felt a bit like having our own Dallas tour guide! The other thing about the condo that was a real treat to have was the concierge service. They were so helpful with directions to places, calling taxis when we needed them and were always quick to offer assistance of any type. This is a lovely area of Dallas to stay in and we were able to take public transportation and short taxi rides to most anywhere we wanted to go in the downtown area as well as the State Fair. We rented a car, but actually did not use it the entire time we were in Dallas! We will definitely stay at this condo for future trips to Dallas .... and felt like it was truly our "home away from home"! THANKS again Angela for the pleasure of being your guests and for being such a gracious and helpful host!

Turtle Creek Condo

Beautiful place, lots of big windows, great kitchen! Very easy parking and great location if you are spending time near downtown. Was there on business at the World Trade Center, it was less than a 5 minute drive! Love this area around Turtle Creek! Would stay there again!

Great location, lovely apartment

My husband and I were in Dallas for a wedding and chose to stay at this lovely apartment in the Uptown area. The location is central in the city from which we easily accessed surrounding suburbs via car. We also took advantage of the free trolley to explore the Museum District. The stop is a quick walk from the apartment as is the Katy Trail and several restaurants and clubs. The apartment was beautifully furnished and provided all the comforts required. Although situated in the middle of the active Uptown, this apartment was a peaceful retreat. Our host, Angela, was very responsive via email or text when we had questions. We would love to stay here again if ever back in Dallas.

Penthouse in Dallas

Property offered necessary personal amenities. The information provided by the owner was thorough. . .both that offered on VRBO site and the info sheet in the apartment. Everything was clean and nicely organized in the apartment. The unit is located in residential/park area which is great for walking. While restaurants can be reached on foot, they are not easily accessible. It would have been nice to have a coffee shop or breakfast place close by since I was only staying 2 nights and didn't want to stock groceries. Also, the coffee provided in the apartment building lounge was terrible. Owner does provide a coffeemaker. One definitely needs a car if staying in this location. Parking is free and easily attainable.

Excellent location, Great views, and Friendly Staff

My girlfriend I were visiting Dallas from out of town and we were looking for place to stay right in the heart of the city. Angela's luxury penthouse condo fit the bill perfectly. Fine dining, shops, museums, and other attractions were located only a few blocks away. The living area and bed room each displayed a spectacular view of Dallas's downtown skyline as well as the magnificent Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Upon entering or exiting the building the staff greeted us with the utmost courtesy. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning this summer.

Great Location and Beautiful Views

This Condo made my stay in Dallas better than I could have imagined. The building is upscale, quiet, and secure with free parking. Restaurants and Bars were within walking distance. I would recommend this place because it's clean and very comfortable. This Condo exceeded my expectations and I hope to have the opportunity to stay again.
