Our very bright, spacious 3-room holiday apartment is located in a quiet yet central suburb of Fürth, near Nuremberg.
Very well-maintained and furnished, with a large south-facing balcony, it offers approximately 70 square metres of space and two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, accommodating up to 4 people. It also features a kitchen with a dining area and a bright living room. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub, as well as a second guest bathroom.
Excellent access to local attractions (Fun Park, city centre), highways, and public transport in the greater area (200 m to the bus, or by train—about 10 minutes to Fürth Central Station, 15 minutes to Nuremberg Central Station), making it ideal for holidays, business trips, or trade show visits (about 25 minutes by car to the trade show). Shopping options and a variety of dining options are within walking distance in the area.
You can also start your walk 200 m from the house across the fields, and in 7 minutes you’ll be in the woods and at Farrnbachgrund.

The apartment is very well-maintained and furnished and features a large south-facing balcony. With approximately 70 square metres of space and two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment (however, smoking is permitted on the balcony).
Amenities:

• large living room with a TV and two large leather sofas
• large south-facing balcony with a table and chairs
• fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as an electric stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and digital radio
• 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm x 2.00 m)
• Bathroom with sink, shower, bathtub, toilet, and large window
• Separate guest bathroom
• Bedding, towels, and kitchen towels / electricity / included



On-site costs: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer 1 day before arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Utilities, bed linens, and towels are included in the price.
