The villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (rain shower, separate toilet), electric blackout shutters, and mosquito screens. The master suite (200 × 200 cm king-size bed) has a private terrace with sea views, while the other rooms can be arranged flexibly – with double or twin beds. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and pool – ideal for families with children.

- Important Notice -

Deposit
A security deposit of € 1.200 is required - to be paid on the tenant’s account 7 days prior to arrival. We will transfer the deposit back to your bank account 2 weeks after your departure, provided that no damage to the house is found and with offsetting any additional incidental costs. We expect you to leave the house and terraces tidy, run the dishwasher, remove bedding, clean-the barbecue, take out the trash, place all furniture and equipment in their places.
Any additional costs such as extra bed and bath linen and additional costs for electricity consumption above 200kWH per week (at €0.50 per kWh) will be settled with the deposit.
