A warm welcome to “KÜSTE33/33”—your modern holiday rental in Tossens! You’ll be staying on the upper floor of this holiday complex, newly built in 2025. Thanks to its central yet quiet location, you can easily reach the dike and Friesenstrand on foot.

The bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens onto a spacious balcony. A cosy sofa and a smart TV invite you to enjoy relaxing evenings. In the open kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for meals together: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.

**Bedrooms**
Two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the rooms features a smart TV and blackout pleated blinds.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
A special highlight is the private sauna in your apartment. The modern bathroom also features a walk-in shower with a spa-style showerhead—ideal for relaxing after a day out in the fresh North Sea air.

**Family-Friendly**
The apartment is perfectly suited for families: A travel cot, high chair, books, and games are provided for you.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

**Services & Extras**
A washing machine and dryer are available to you free of charge. There is a lockable shelter for bicycles, and a private parking space right next to the house is included. Check-in is convenient and contactless via a key safe.

The holiday rental is located in the new KÜSTE33 holiday complex in Tossens. Restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities are all within easy walking distance. You’re just 300 m from the dike, and after 600 m you’ll reach Friesenstrand—ideal for days at the beach, bike rides, and excursions to the Butjadingen coastal region.
