The "Noch 'ne Brise" Apartment 1 (Trischen) offers comfortable accommodation in Büsum with 37 m² of living space, making it particularly suitable for couples. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained building on Bielshövensand Street and stands out for its proximity to the sea and the many other amenities in the area. The beach is just 550 metres away and thus easily accessible on foot. Shopping options are available as close as 400 metres away, while the nearest restaurant is 500 metres away and the town centre is just 250 metres away.

The modernly furnished apartment features two rooms, including a separate bedroom equipped with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The bright and cosy living area invites you to relax with a sofa and an armchair. Two TVs provide entertainment, and the available Wi-Fi keeps you connected to the internet at all times. Heating is available to ensure comfortable temperatures year-round.

The open kitchen opens onto the living room and features a high-quality ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The kitchen is further equipped with a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A dining table in the dining area is ideal for shared meals.

The “Noch ’ne Brise” house is located in a beautiful residential area, close to the Family Lagoon and the sandy beach of Büsum. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the pedestrian zone with its many shops, the spa administration office, the main beach, and the medical centre/health centre (spa treatments).
