A special highlight is the covered loggia facing a sunny southwest: From the first rays of sunshine in the late morning to the golden light of evening, you can fully enjoy the mild Baltic Sea climate here. The loggia is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom and is furnished with stylish patio furniture—perfect for relaxing with a good book, a glass of wine, or breakfast in the fresh sea air.

Inside, you’ll find a high-quality, non-smoking apartment with well-thought-out amenities. Thanks to the heated floors and the sun-protective, partially floor-to-ceiling windows, you’ll enjoy a pleasant living environment year-round. The open-concept living-dining area invites you to linger with a comfortable double sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV—ideal for spending evenings together in a cosy atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Whether it’s breakfast or dinner—you’ll find everything you need here—from a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle to a dishwasher, microwave, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a practical fridge-freezer combo.

Two lifts provide barrier-free access to all apartments. Bicycles can be stored securely in a lockable basement room, and a public charging station for electric cars is available in front of the building for a fee.
