Our holiday home is located in the quiet mountain village of Kerschbaum in the Bavarian Forest, in the heart of the beautiful Sonnenwald region. Our country house is the ideal starting point for hiking or biking trips for small groups or for a hiking holiday with friends. A breathtaking panoramic view awaits you, as does a sunroom with a rocking lounge chair and seating area. After a visit to the sauna, relax in the sunroom or by the panoramic window with its reading bench in the living room! The kitchen, which includes a breakfast bar and dining area, is fully equipped (oven, coffee and tea maker, coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). The modern living room with a tiled stove will make your stay truly cosy. Four bedrooms—three with box-spring beds and one with two beds—will ensure you have sweet dreams. Two bathrooms, two separate toilets, a storage room, and a laundry room with a drying area provide plenty of space! Holiday home for 5 to 8 people (less than 5 people upon request). Private, enclosed garden, patio, fire pit, on-site trampoline, garage for sports equipment, parking, living area approx. 200 square metres. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person in Hengersberg (you will receive the exact address after your booking confirmation). A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed, for a fee of 15 EUR per pet per night.
