• two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), including linens;

• Bathroom with tub and shower, including soap, towels, hair dryer, and toilet paper, etc.; ​

• Cot, changing table, and play kitchen available;

• Fitted kitchen with filter coffee maker, soft drink maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, microwave with convection baking function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.; ​

• Spices, vinegar, oil, coffee, coffee filters, tea, paper towels, tea towels, dishcloths, etc., provided;​

• If needed, a washing machine and dryer in the basement can be used for an additional fee;

• A clothes rack, cleaning supplies, and a mop and robot vacuum are provided.

• ​One pet is welcome; a dog mat and food bowl are provided;

• Pet fee: 5.00 EUR per day (up to two dogs allowed);

• Pet fees are to be paid on site.



On-site fees: One dog is allowed. Dog bed and food bowl provided. A deposit of 60% of the total price is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellation fees amount to 90% of the total price and are only charged as of your original departure date. If the property is re-rented for the same period, the cancellation fee will be waived.



Check-in is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
