Enjoy your stylish stay in this centrally located 2-room duplex apartment. The XXL Swiss stone pine bed, 270 cm wide, offers the perfect place to relax.

The Ebersbach an der Fils train station is about a 5-minute walk away. From here, you can reach Stuttgart Central Station in about 30 minutes. Also just a 5-minute walk away is a shopping area and city centre Ebersbach.
The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The lower level of the maisonette apartment features the living room with a sleeper sofa (135 cm x 190 cm), an open, fully equipped kitchen with a bar counter and a fold-out wall table/dining table, and the bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine/dryer.

On the upper level is the sleeping area with a 270 cm wide and 200 cm long Swiss stone pine bed that can sleep up to 4 people, or a family of 2 adults and 3 small children.

We provide bed linens and towels for our guests. We’re also happy to provide your first cup of coffee or tea in the morning.

We’ve furnished the apartment with great care so that our guests can feel right at home and relax.
Guest Access
The building entrance is across from Büchele Funeral Home, and the entrance to the apartment is on the 2nd floor, all the way to the right.
Additional Important Information
The trash bin is located in the underground car park. In the stairwell, go all the way down to the basement, through Door 1, and then turn right through Door 2 towards the exit. On the left side is the trash room, where our dustbin—labelled with our name—is located in the second corner on the left. We ask that you dispose of only the usual household trash generated during your stay here.
