This cosy cottage is located near the centre of Kobern-Gondorf, an idyllic and historic wine-growing village that delights visitors with its picturesque scenery and diverse attractions.
Culturally, our region is shaped by the Romans and the Franks, and knights and other nobility also left their mark, particularly during the Middle Ages.
Winemaking continues to connect all these eras to this day. Explore castles, palaces, museums, festivals, and exhibitions.
Our region offers an attractive range of outdoor activities for everyone. Whether your interests lie in hiking, biking, water sports, or even paragliding, you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for right on our doorstep.

The holiday rental includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen with a dining table, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a parking space, a garage (e.g., for a motorcycle or bicycle), and a seating area with a grill in the garden.



On-site fees: Welcome to the Hexenhäusje holiday home! To ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible, please observe the following conditions: • Occupancy: The holiday home is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. The maximum number of guests must be strictly adhered to. • Check-in and check-out: • Check-in from 3:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10:00 a.m. • Please let us know your exact arrival time in advance. • Payment Terms: • Payment is due in advance or as otherwise agreed. • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due upon booking. • Cancellation: • Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival • For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee • Pets: • Pets are not permitted. • Non-smoking apartment: • The holiday home is a non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted only outdoors. • Liability: • The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay. • The guest is liable for lost items, e.g., keys. • House Rules: • Please respect quiet hours and the neighbors. • Please separate trash and keep the property clean during your stay. • Open fires are not permitted on the property. • Parties are not permitted.
