The light-filled apartment, with a stunning view of the idyllic waterways of the Graft, is located just about 200 m from the beach and features a covered balcony with an idyllic south-facing view!

The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished south-facing apartment is located on the ground floor of the complex. The spacious property borders directly on the dike to the northeast, while the remaining sides are surrounded by the waterways of the idyllic Graft.
The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away—with virtually no car traffic. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or relax in a sheltered beach chair.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers attractive recreational and family activities, such as the Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace.
Our family tip: A guided mudflat hike is highly recommended!

Both the dining table and the cosy living area offer plenty of space to enjoy time together over breakfast or after a lovely day at the beach. You can start your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony. The balcony is covered and features patio furniture, a parasol, and a lounge sofa. Here you’ll find your very own favourite spot right by the water.
There are two separate bedrooms with double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and closets. Each bedroom has its own 32-inch SMART TV.
The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with heated floors features a private sauna, bathtub, rain shower, sink, and toilet, and comes equipped with a hair dryer.

This child-friendly apartment includes a handcart, toys, outlet covers, a step stool, a toilet seat, and a high chair. Additional high chairs and a cot can be provided upon request for a fee.
