APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

3½-room apartment on the mezzanine floor. Living and dining room with balcony and TV. Kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. Two double bedrooms (double beds with two mattresses). Two bathrooms: one with shower/WC/sink, one with bathtub/WC/sink/bidet. Two garage spaces. Laundry room and ski storage room for shared use. Pets are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Corvatsch 3 is an Engadin-style house that was completed in spring 1990. The building is located in the centre of Silvaplana. Grocery stores, the tourist office and various restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Cross-country skiing trails and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the sports bus runs every half hour in all directions.
