Lovingly and modernly furnished, this nearly new holiday home is located in the heart of the Kaiserstuhl. The bright apartment accommodates up to 6 guests with a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with WC, and a separate guest WC. You have a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi (also suitable for video conferences), TV with video-on-demand, and fans for your comfort. Enjoy your private balcony or relax in the shared garden area, where a communal barbecue is available for outdoor meals. Free parking is available at the property, and public transport is easily accessible. For your convenience, there is a shuttle service to the train station. A charging station for electric vehicles is available for shared use. You can safely store your bicycles in a shared room. Please note that events are not permitted on the property. The shared use of washing machine and dryer is possible for an additional fee.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in zentralen Lage.

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit netter Gastgeberin. Alle notwendigen Erledigungen sind über kurze Wege erreichbar. Dorfladen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir fühlten uns mehr als willkommen in dieser Unterkunft!

Pros: Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute wohl. Die Wohnung war super sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir genossen aber unsere absolute Privatsphäre. Besonders toll bewerten wir den großen Süd-Balkon mit Blick in die Weinberge, da das Haus am Ortsrand liegt. Da wir zu viert in der Wohnung wohnten, war auch eine zweite Toilette ein absoluter Luxus!
