Welcome to our bright and cosy new-construction studio apartment with oak parquet flooring and in-floor heating. The one-room apartment features a 180x200cm bed with high-quality Tempur mattresses as well as a pull-out sofa bed for two people. In addition to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, the apartment offers a new bathroom with a barrier-free rain shower. A cot and high chair are available upon request.

With one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s ideal for couples or small families.

The apartment is located on the quiet street Am Mäldchen 15 in St. Ingbert, Saarland. Here you’ll have access to local amenities and be just a short drive from the area’s most beautiful sights.

Right on our doorstep is the Rohrbach Forest, which is perfect for long walks. To round off your outing, you can stop by the Edelweißhütte, just 300 metres away. Other culinary highlights in Rohrbach include the 1-star restaurant “Midi” and the Italian restaurant “Bella Italia.” We also have good access to companies like “Festo” and the highway. A bus stop is located right outside our front door. The connection to Kirkel, home to the Guy Lachmann Police School/Police Centre (PZGL), is also excellent.
