Very modern, beautiful house "Golden strings", 2 storeys, built in 2024. 2.3 km from the centre of Kaštel Novi, 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (28 m2, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 2.1 km, café 2.1 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 1.3 km. Please note: airfield close by 3.3 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
