The main room features a large table, a lounge area with a corner sofa, armchair, wall-mounted TV, and stereo system. Large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the terrace and panoramic views.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, food processor, deep fryer, juicer, pressure cooker, and all necessary crockery and utensils.



The loggia offers a garden set, deck chairs, and an electric plancha, with an exceptional view of the harbor and gulf entrance.



The first bedroom has a 160×200 cm double bed. The second bedroom includes a 140×190 cm double bed and two 90×200 cm bunk beds.



The bathroom features a shower, vanity, hairdryer, and heated towel rail. Separate WC.



Beds are made on arrival, with full bedding and blankets provided. A garage is available for parking a car and storing bikes.
