You can’t help but feel at home in this studio apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. You’ll never want to leave. The double bed was replaced in July 2026. The topper on the box spring bed (160x200 cm) covers the entire surface. The sofa also invites you to snuggle up with a glass of champagne or wine. The small, separate kitchen has everything you need. It’s a great place to make breakfast or other light meals. The bathroom, with its walk-in shower, is simply beautiful! Chic, new, and lovely!

General Information
This is a non-smoking apartment. The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately island-wide. Bed linens and towels are not provided in the unit but can be made available for a rental fee.
During the months of November and December until the start of the holiday season, and from January after the end of the holiday season through March, there may occasionally be increased noise levels in the residential complex due to possible renovation work.

Location Description
The only place closer to the water is in a beach chair! Attention dog owners: It’s about 1,500 metres to the dog beach.

Pricing Information
The visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) is required island-wide, year-round. From November 1 through March 31, a flat-rate energy fee of €3.00 per person per day is charged.
