Sternenblick Holiday Rental Our newly renovated Sternenblick holiday rental, located on the upper floor of Villa Basilika in Prüm, offers plenty of space for up to 6 people across 117 m²—ideal for families or friends.
The apartment features two cosy bedrooms (a 1.80-meter double bed and a 1.40-meter bed), a sleeper sofa, and a modern bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The bright kitchen-living area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pans, pots, dishes, silverware, and kitchen towels.
In the spacious living area, you’ll find a 65-inch TV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, RTL+) and fiber-optic Wi-Fi. For families with small children, we provide a baby bed free of charge upon request. A hair dryer is, of course, also included.
Highlights include the balcony and sun terrace with a Weber grill—perfect for relaxing evenings in the Eifel. Free parking is available right next to the house. The holiday rental is a non-smoking property; pets and parties are not permitted.
Thanks to its central location in Prüm, restaurants, shops, and the spa park with a playground are all within walking distance. Attractions such as Trier, Bitburg, Cochem, the Eifel- and Moselsteig trails, and the Eifel Zoo make the apartment the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Eifel.

The apartments feature modern kitchens equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pans, pots, dishes, and silverware. Kitchen towels, as well as a basic supply of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and spices, are also included. For your comfort, we also provide bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, guest towels, and a hair dryer.
A baby cot is available free of charge in both apartments upon request. Thanks to fiber-optic Wi-Fi, streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, RTL+), and cosy outdoor areas with a Weber grill, you’ll enjoy pure comfort. A playground in the nearby spa park ensures that even our youngest guests will have a great time.



On-site costs: From a fully equipped kitchen to fiber-optic Wi-Fi and streaming services, right down to the balcony, sun terrace, and Weber grill—nothing is missing here. Parking, bed linens, hand towels, guest towels, bath towels, and basic supplies are, of course, included. Basic supplies: dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, spices, coffee filters; cot: free of charge (upon request) In addition, there is a visitor’s tax charged by the city of Prüm in the amount of €0.60 per person per night (ages 16 and up), which must be paid in cash on site.
