Great Condo for Small Group

The condo has been beautifully remodeled and amenities are high end. Comfy beds and pillows, quality linens and towels. Extra fans in each room. Kitchen was stocked with any every appliance and gadget you could need. The owner and concierge were both wonderful to work with and made us feel welcome. Our group of five had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Beautiful and relaxing

This was an excellent location for my family of 6 to relax at the pool, play on the beach or enjoy a board game in the living room overlooking the ocean. Communication with the owner and Javier the concierge was quick and easy. We can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Resort!

Loved the resort and concierge Javier! Fabulously laid out and very well maintained. Javier was very accommodating in all our needs and requests. Would definitely recommend the Sapphire Unit 506.

Excellent place!

We have stayed at the Sapphire for the past 3 years and this condo was by far the best yet. We had forgotten to pack sand toys for the kids, but they had a whole supply there for our use which really saved the day! Super clean fridge, washer and dryer! Tons of towels, and beach accessories. Ample seating in the living room with a large tv for movie nights. It was just a really great experience.

Gorgeous Condo, great amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! Our personal concierge, Javier, met us and checked us in. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities we could possibly need. We had a wonderful view and plenty of room to spread out. The owner also had a closed full of beach chairs, and gear for us to use. First rate all the way!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

This was our first time to South Padre and some friends had recommended the Sapphire. Unit 506 completely exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and comfortable. You could spell the freshness of this place when you walked in the door. The bedding and mattresses were very plush and comfortable. We arrived to a beautiful gift basket and kind service from the owner's private concierge, Javier. He took care of unpacking our car and bringing all of our luggage into the condo. We definitely plan to stay in this unit again. It was evident that the owners take great pride in their condo. Beautiful beach themed furnishings and decor! We definitely plan to stay here again!

Excellent vacation rental!

Our experience with this property was fantastic from the moment we first arrived. The concierge, Javier, was most helpful in getting us and all of our belongings (I tend to over pack) into the condo without any delay. He even helped my family surprise me for my birthday. The condo itself is decorated very nicely with an immediate sense of welcome as you first walk through the door. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There were large televisions in each bedroom and living area. I'm certain they were nice televisions but in all honesty, we never even picked up the remote to turn one on. The kitchen was stocked with every type kitchenware you could possibly need for a week stay. The view was amazing with an eastward balcony to watch the sunrise in the morning and a westward balcony to watch the sunset and sometimes fireworks while grilling. We were a family of 7 adults and were all very happy with our stay in this unique condo. There was nothing that I would have wished changed or added to make it better.

Vacation SPI 2019

We stayed July 15th to 20th. This was our third time staying at the sapphire and like always enjoyed our stay. I was informed by the owner that her concierge Javier would be contacting me. He called on Sunday and asked when we wanted to check in at the condo. We came early and stayed in McAllen to visit family before our vacation. Javier said that we could check into the condo at 1 pm which was awesome! we stopped in Harlingen to get groceries and Javier called again to see when i would be arriving at the Sapphire. I told him that we were stopping for groceries and then he questioned why we stopped in Harlingen HEB instead of the HEB in Port Isabel, i said that it was a decision we made then commented that we should of stopped in at the HEB closer to the island. When we got to the Sapphire it was 130 pm and i forgot to let Javier know we had arrived. We had seven people in our group and i was distracted. He called while i was checking in and promptly came down. He seemed irriated that i didnt call him. He helped us with our luggage but hardly talked to us. it felt like we were an incovience to him. Before leaving he mentioned the beach items and said that if we got any sand in the condo that we would be charged extra. He must of repeated that at least 4 times before he left and we were so paranoid on getting sand into the condo that we didnt even want to go to the beach anymore. 2 days in we were at the pool and he stopped by and asked how our stay was going. On the 4th day the cable went out, we called Javier and he called the cable company. he texted me with instructions to reset the cable but we were still getting an error message. I sent him a picture of the error message and never heard from him again. Several hours later the cable started working again. On our last full day we made eye contact with him but he never came to talk to us, instead he stood by the pool watching people then left. We got an amazing gift basket and flowers when we're first arrived and a note to keep the flowers alive which was hard but able to do. the condo was amazing we really enjoyed the view and the decorations went perfectly with the condo. As for Javier, he really made us feel like we werent good enough to be staying at the sapphire. He never offered to give us any help with acitivites on the island or anything. If i had to rate just on the concierge service it would be one star, but im not going to do that. we do plan on staying again in the future.

Family Get Away in South Padre Island

This was our 2nd VRBO and the condo was as beautiful in person as it was online. Absolutely gorgeous property. We were greeted by Javier and he made us feel at home right away. He took care of the luggage and helped us with all the groceries. The views from the living area, balcony and master bedroom were fantastic. Everything was perfect. We talked about returning to this property before we even left. We can’t wait to come back!

Great communication at all times. Javier was very helpful when greeting us on arrival and checking us in. The condominium was beautiful. Very modern decor and all amenities included. This trip was well worth it. Gale was also very helpful and we really enjoyed our trip. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Javier was helpful in resolving our issue to cool down 2 of the bedrooms by providing 2 additional fans. We wished we would have known about the tar on the beach before we went down the first day, so that we could have lessen the amount of tar we got on ourselves and our belongings.

Best Stay and View on the Island

Don't stay anywhere else. This is the BEST. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The view of the ocean overlooking pool hands down can't be beat. Javier, the concierge contacted us in advance, arranged to meet us upon arrival and not only took ALL our stuff to the room, but showed us around and gave us some tips. We plan to be back. We forgot to sign the guest book but left a beaded ankle bracelet and hope it gets passed around. Thanks to Gail for making this place one of my faves--Margaritaville access was a plus but also this place was LUXURY!

Awesome Place

Great place--clean and comfortable. Nice that it connects directly to the Margaritaville hotel for conference facilities. Easy access to beach and great pools. I'd highly recommend.

Wow!!! Loved this property.

From owners to concierge we were treated with excellent care. Javier (concierge )was a jewel!! The condo was immaculate. The views were stunning. Comfy cozy in every way. Only negative is the pool is in need of resurfacing. However the pool itself was just right. We will be back. For sure!!The photos online are a great representation but don’t do it justice. Enjoyed every stress-free moment!!

He will help you with your luggage groceries etc, and give you quick informative tour of the Sapphire and your condo to explain how everything works..This property is very well maintained. Has a Great staff & great amenities. Spa, Game room, Theater, and a Fitness center. I highly recommend it.
